Some time ago, I found a sticker in the ground floor of the main office. I did some research on that logo and was surprised at how many examples I found.
Well on my last visit I found another – in the same place! I can’t believe I spotted either of them on the floor amongst all the other rubbish. How cool! Like the first, I laminated it and this one will be gifted to a friend. And then I had another idea.
I knew it was time to have some new stickers made, so that we could reach into the past and bring something back through that portal to appreciate today. So I had a friend turn the logo into a vector image, and also make one small edit which you may have noticed above. Here is his proof.
Then I submitted it to Sticker Mule:
I gave one to my friend who prepared the vector and he immediately put it to good use.
What will I do with the rest? Unfortauntely there are very few surfaces in the plant that are conducive to a good bond for a decal such as this. I plan to sticker the SE side heavily – I figure the crowd that would be most interested or be aware of history would be the ones who would enjoy this website the most.
