For my first trip, I had much too long (one week!) to obsess over what it would be like to roam around. I planned a route to visit and explore every building on the property. I identified 6 buildings and a route to access them all.
I did not see the coal bunker or oven battery on the map during my planning but I did find them once I arrived.
To say I was a bit shaky in those buildings would be an understatement. To this day I have not returned to any of these buildings since. Riding down the lightly trod path to the coal bunker from the gate house takes enough out of me. Head on a swivel, hearing everything little thing and analyzing it. Inside those fallen down structures, things are magnified even further.
