The mystery of TQI/TQIP began with a brief mention in the training video I found sometime ago. After that, I found a number of relics (including duplicates), all of which needed to be restored, and with each I found another small piece of the puzzle. But here, I have found the Rosetta Stone.

During a site visit I stopped into the area manager (ovens) office in the coal bunker for the first time in a number of months. And what was laying at the top of the junk heap? A binder, in fairly good condition! It was dirty but had little signs of moisture damage. After a dry out over the weekend, I got to scanning Monday morning. The manual is quite long and I only scanned selections (probably less than 20%) but there are some interesting bits amongst the boilerplate.
